It always feels good to come back to the Carter's - great atmosphere, good service, good food
I have been to Carter's a number of times with my friends. I love the ambiance. It is a good place to watch football games as there are quite a few TV screens. The place get's packed during big games, so make sure to be there early. The food is good too.
Great meal and very friendly service which made you feel important. Have eaten at Bugzies three times, going again soon.
